The Role As a SEND Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs. Create a positive, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment. Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists and the wider multidisciplinary team. Develop and implement individual learning plans (EHCP targets). Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies to support continued development. Build strong relationships with parents, carers and external agencies. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Has experience working with children with SEND, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech & Language needs, or Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties. Is patient, adaptable and passionate about inclusive education. Has excellent communication and classroom management skills. Is committed to promoting positive outcomes for every child.
