Job Title: SEND Teacher Location: Hampton, London Position: Full-Time, Paid to Scale Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:00 pm Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEND Teacher to join our inclusive team in Hampton, London. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is committed to providing high-quality education to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Key Responsibilities: • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to the diverse needs of students with SEND. • Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to support individual learning goals. • Collaborate with support staff, parents, and external agencies to create tailored educational experiences. • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth. • Participate actively in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices. Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant SEND qualifications. • Strong understanding of SEND frameworks and interventions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educational professionals.
