Job Title: SEND TA
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed SEND Teacher with QTS to join a friendly and supportive secondary SEND school in Hillingdon.
About the Role
Full-time position in a welcoming secondary SEND school.
Working hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of students.
Support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, helping them achieve their full potential.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and the wider school team.
Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience working with SEND students, ideally within a secondary school setting.
A patient, flexible, and student-centred approach to teaching.
Excellent communication, classroom management, and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs.
