Job Title: SEND Learning Support Assistant
Specialist Learning Support Assistant – Complex SEND – North London Full-Time | Specialist Education | North London Are you an experienced support professional who thrives in a specialist education environment? We are seeking a Specialist Learning Support Assistant to join a North London setting, supporting learners with significant and complex additional needs. The successful candidate will be someone who understands that effective SEND support goes far beyond the classroom. You will help learners access education, develop communication and independence, participate in activities and feel confident within their environment. The role will involve working closely with teaching staff and other professionals to deliver consistent, personalised support. We are looking for candidates with: Previous experience supporting children or young people with complex SEND. A strong understanding of individualised support. Experience working within a specialist school, college or similar setting. Excellent patience and communication skills. A calm and adaptable approach. The ability to follow individual support plans and contribute to a positive learning environment. A genuine passion for helping learners achieve meaningful progress.
