In this role, you will be: • Leading targeted small-group interventions for pupils with SEND and additional learning needs. • Providing classroom cover when teachers are absent, maintaining learning continuity. • Supporting pupils with autism, ADHD and speech & language difficulties. • Collaborating with the SENCO to track progress and support EHCP targets.
