About the Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll work alongside teaching staff to support students both in the classroom and during practical vocational learning. You'll help young people access education, build confidence, develop independence and prepare for adulthood within a welcoming and inclusive college environment. No two days are the same. You could be supporting learners in classrooms, practical workshops or around the wider campus, adapting your approach to meet each student's individual needs.
