Position: Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Redditch Contract: Full-time (Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm) Pay: From £89 per day Start Date: December 2025 A supportive secondary school in Redditch is looking to appoint a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to work with pupils across Key Stage 3. This role is ideal for someone confident working with older students and passionate about helping young people with additional needs succeed in a secondary school environment. You will be working closely with teachers and the SENCO to provide targeted support to pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, including learning difficulties, communication needs, and social, emotional, or behavioural needs. The role may involve a mix of in-class support, small-group intervention, and one-to-one work. This is a full-time, long-term position, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
