Job Title: School Administrator
Axcis Education are working with a local primary school who are currently looking for an experienced school administrator. The role is an immediate start with the view of continuing through to the end of October. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a local primary school in the Birmingham area. The school are proud to offer personalised, holistic opportunities for all children at the school. This is a full-time School Administrator role, working Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be experienced using Parentpay and Bromcom. Pay for this role starts from £95 per day. The Role As a School Administrator, you will play a key part in the smooth day-to-day running of the school office. You will act as a first point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment at all times. Your responsibilities will include: • Responding to and resolving parent enquiries in a timely and professional manner • Supporting a range of finance-related administrative tasks • Maintaining accurate pupil records and managing school data systems • Welcoming visitors and managing front-of-house duties • Overseeing attendance processes and ensuring records are up to date Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong organisational skills and prior experience within a school office environment. The ideal candidate will have: • Proven experience using Bromcom and ParentPay systems • Previous experience working as a School Administrator or in a similar role • A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team • An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service • Availability to work full-time hours (8:30am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday) Why Axcis Education?
