Job Title: Qualified Food Technology Teacher – SW17 – Immediate Start
A specialist SEND school in SW17 is seeking a passionate and qualified Food Technology Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis, starting next week and continuing until the end of the academic year.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people with additional needs, delivering engaging and practical Food Technology lessons in a supportive and well-resourced environment.
The Role:
• Teaching Food Technology across relevant key stages
• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
• Supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Working collaboratively with teaching and support staff
Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Experience teaching Food Technology in a school setting
• Strong classroom management skills
• A flexible, patient and nurturing approach
• Experience working within SEND settings is desirable but not essential
