Location: Bristol, BS3
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
Hourly Pay Rate: £13.69
Contract: Full-time
Why Join Us?
Join a small, nurturing setting designed to support children who benefit from a calm, structured, and personalised approach to learning. The environment offers space for curiosity, independence, and connection—through sensory play, routine, and child-led exploration.
With access to dedicated learning areas, quiet zones, nature trails, and creative outdoor spaces, children are supported to grow in confidence while remaining connected to the wider school community.
About the Role:
• Support individual and small-group learning focused on emotional, social, and communication development
• Facilitate creative, sensory, and outdoor-based activities that help children feel safe and engaged
• Work closely with teachers, families, and other professionals to support each child’s unique learning journey
• Offer consistent, calm, and responsive support that builds trust and helps children thrive
Who We’re Looking For:
• Experience supporting children with additional needs or in nurturing, relational learning environments
• Calm, adaptable, and confident working in both quiet and dynamic spaces
• Strong relationship-building skills and a commitment to helping children feel seen and understood
• Creativity and a playful, child-led approach to learning are especially valued
What We Offer:
• A close-knit, supportive team with excellent staff-to-child ratios
• Access to a range of specialist learning spaces—indoors and out
• A warm, inclusive culture that values creativity, compassion, and holistic development
• The chance to make a meaningful difference in children’s early educational experiences
If you’re creative, grounded, and passionate about helping children thrive in the ways that suit them best—we’d love to hear from you.
