A college based in Mottingham are looking for a learning support assistant to join their SEN team in September 2026. The college specialises in providing courses such as horticulture, animal care and garden design. This is a mainstream college, but also have students with additional SEN needs. As a learning support assistant you will be required to work on a one to one basis providing support to a student with additional needs, ensuring they are gaining access to learning. The ideal candidate; - Previous experience working with a similar age group. - Previous experience working with students who have ASD, or ADHD, or SEMH. - Be able to commit for the full academic year (till June 2026). - Be comfortable working outdoors or among animals. - Be confident to work independently There are 5 positions available for September, either full time (Mon - Fri 9am-4pm), or part time (3-4 days per week, 9am-4pm).
