This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and nurturing Nurture Teacher to support Primary and Secondary-aged learners with SEMH, ASD, and ADHD within a static classroom setting.
This role involves working with a small class of 5–6 boys, many of whom are working at Primary level despite being in Year 7 and present with low self-esteem around learning. The successful practitioner will take a whole-class teaching approach, delivering and covering a range of lessons within a consistent base environment, while also supporting access to subject specialists where appropriate. A key focus of the role is supporting learners who struggle with movement around the school, providing a calm, structured, and predictable setting to help reduce anxiety and support engagement.
