We are working with a primary aged setting in Redditch seeking a SEND teaching assistant, with experience supporting pupils with SEND needs. Experience supporting non-verbal or pre-verbal children who are autistic or awaiting formal diagnosis would be ideal as this will be a 1-to-1 role in lower primary. This lovely primary aged setting in Redditch, which has a long-term relationship with Axcis over previous years, places significant focus on staff wellbeing and SLT has an open-door policy. Whilst in role you will be working closely with the Deputy head / SENCo who is looking to ensure this child has the right support to enable them to flourish.
