Job Title: Learning Support Assistant
Learning Support Assistant – Mainstream College (Isleworth)
We are recruiting for a long-term Learning Support Assistant to join a mainstream college in Isleworth with a dedicated and supportive SEND department.
Full time & part time work available - Mon-Weds/Mon-Thurs/Mon-Fri
£13.69 per hour (PAYE – starting rate)
You will be supporting post-16 students with a range of complex needs, including:
• ASD
• SEMH
• Anxiety
• Behavioural needs
• MLD/SLD
Support will be matched to your skills and experience.
Requirements:
• Proven experience working with post-16 students
• Experience in a college or secondary school setting
• Confidence supporting students with complex and varied SEND
