The role involves working closely with class teachers and SEND staff to provide tailored, compassionate support that enhances each child’s learning experience. The ideal candidate will be: • An experienced SEND teaching assistant • Confident supporting physically challenging autistic children within a special needs environment • Punctual, reliable, and hardworking • Someone with previous experience working with children in educational or care settings • In possession of an up-to-date Child and Adult DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one through Axcis.
