Job Title: Learning Support Assistant
Looking to make a real impact in a child’s education? Axcis Education are supporting a well-regarded primary school in Altrincham in their search for a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant. This full-time role focuses on providing 1:1 support for two pupils in Year 5 with special educational needs. What You’ll Be Doing: *Supporting two individual pupils with tailored, day-to-day learning assistance *Encouraging academic engagement and emotional wellbeing *Working alongside class teachers and SEN staff to deliver consistent, caring support About You: *Experienced in supporting children with SEND in a UK primary setting *Confident communicator, both written and spoken *Patient, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with pupils *Ready to be a positive presence in the classroom each day *Teaching assistant qualification would be highly beneficial to this role as well What’s in It for You: This is a long-term opportunity running from September 2025 through to July 2026, offering stability and the chance to build strong connections within the school.
