What You'll Be Doing: • Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils who need additional help • Working alongside class teachers to deliver inclusive and engaging lessons • Supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEN) or other learning barriers • Promoting positive behaviour, emotional development, and classroom participation • Assisting with the preparation of teaching materials and classroom setup • Observing and tracking student progress, sharing insights with the teaching team • Helping create a safe, supportive school environment, including during break and lunchtime supervision What We’re Looking For: • A caring, patient and reliable individual with a genuine passion for education • Strong communication and teamwork skills • The ability to adapt to different learning styles and pupil needs • Prior experience working with children (education or similar fields) is desirable • A willingness to complete essential training (e.g., safeguarding, first aid, SEN support) • A proactive attitude and calm approach to handling challenges in the classroom Why Work With Us?
