Job Title: Learning Support Assistant In Bromsgrove
Start Date: ASAP Location: Bromsgrove Hours: Full-time only (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm) Pay: £89 per day Contract: Long-term We are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant on a full-time basis to join a supportive school in Bromsgrove, providing in-class and 1:1 support to pupils who require additional help with their learning. This role is well suited to someone who is reliable, proactive, and passionate about supporting pupils to reach their full potential. You will work closely with teaching staff to help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: • Support pupils within the classroom and through 1:1 interventions • Encourage engagement, confidence, and independence in learning • Assist with differentiated tasks and learning activities • Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing • Work collaboratively with teachers and wider support staff Requirements: • A caring, patient, and encouraging approach • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Commitment to a full-time role • Previous school or support experience is beneficial but not essential • A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a stable, full-time position in education.
