We are working with a fantastic SEND Primary School in N7 that is looking for a KS1 Teacher to join their team. The school supports 124 pupils, with classes limited to just 8–11 children. Each classroom is led by a qualified teacher and supported by at least three Teaching Assistants, providing an excellent staff-to-pupil ratio and allowing every child to receive individualised support and attention. The school places a strong emphasis on making learning engaging, active and enjoyable. Lessons are typically around 20 minutes long, followed by movement breaks and opportunities to use the school's specialist facilities, including a sensory integration room and on-site heated hydrotherapy pool. Communication is at the heart of the curriculum, with pupils given regular opportunities to interact, engage and develop their confidence in a safe and nurturing environment.
