Job Title: Infant School Teaching Asisstant
We are currently recruiting for a teaching assistant to join a lovely mainstream infant school in Sale (M33) after the October half term. This full-time agency role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm, and offers daily pay of up to £105.
The school is looking for someone with experience supporting children in Reception, Year 1 or Year 2. You will be working closely with the class teacher to support learning, manage classroom routines, and help children settle into their day-to-day school life. Confidence with phonics, early numeracy, and creating a nurturing environment is key.
You must have a DBS on the Update Service and be comfortable working in a busy infant setting. A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to build strong relationships with young learners are essential.
