Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant
£110–£115 per day | Agency Position | DBS on the Update Service required
We are currently working with a mainstream school in the Urmston area (M41) to recruit a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA). This is a great opportunity for someone with solid classroom experience who is confident delivering lessons and supporting students across a range of subjects.
About the Role:
#Supporting teaching and learning across the school – both in small groups and whole-class settings
#Delivering pre-planned lessons when required
#Creating and adapting learning resources
#Supporting behaviour management and building positive relationships with pupils
#Occasionally covering staff absence, so experience as a cover supervisor would be a great advantage
Requirements:
#HLTA qualification (Level 4) OR a Level 3 TA qualification with relevant experience
#Previous experience working in a UK primary or secondary school setting
#Confident managing groups of students and communicating with teaching staff
#Must have an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply through us)
This is a flexible agency role, ideal for someone looking to take on varied classroom responsibilities in a supportive school environment.
