We are seeking passionate and energetic Graduate Teaching Assistants to join our diverse and dynamic team in Abergavenny, Gwent and the wider Monmouthshire region. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of learning activities and provide targeted support to individual students or small groups.
- Contribute to creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
- Facilitate sports and outdoor educational activities, encouraging student participation and engagement.
- Work closely with teachers to monitor student progress and contribute to their overall development.
- Provide behaviour support to students, adapting strategies to meet individual needs.
- Participate in school meetings and professional development sessions.
About You:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be highly adaptable and able to work with students from varied backgrounds and with different needs.
- Have a genuine passion for education and a desire to inspire and motivate young minds.
- Previous experience in a support worker or teaching assistant role is advantageous but not essential.
- Able to work in multiple sites across Monmouthshire and surrounding areas.
