The Role Part-time – 2.5 days per week Delivering Functional Skills Maths and English tailored to individual needs Planning and adapting lessons in line with EHCP targets Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis Creating an engaging, structured, and supportive learning environment Working closely with a small, dedicated staff team The Pupils All students have EHCPs and present with: SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs) Trauma and attachment needs (primary focus) Mild ASD The Ideal Candidate Qualified Teacher (QTS/QTLS) or experienced Functional Skills Tutor Experience delivering Functional Skills Maths and/or English Strong understanding of SEMH and trauma-informed approaches Confident differentiating for pupils with EHCPs Patient, adaptable, and relationship-driven Why Apply?
