EYFS Support Staff (Nursery to Year 2) – Sutton Start Date: September | Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm | Term Time Only We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Support Staff member to join a welcoming early years setting in the Sutton area from September. This is a unique provision operating from Nursery through to Year 2, but it is not a formal, traditional classroom environment. The setting follows a progressive, child-centred approach based on free-flow, continuous provision, where learning is flexible, exploratory, and highly responsive to children’s individual needs. The ethos of the setting places strong emphasis on EYFS principles, with children accessing learning both indoors and outdoors throughout the day – whatever the weather. Outdoor learning is a key part of the provision and is embedded into daily practice.
