The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a UK secondary school, with a strong understanding of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). An Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service is essential. In this role, you will provide targeted support to secondary school students with SEND, working closely with teachers and the SENCo to tailor learning strategies and ensure student progress. Strong communication skills, a commitment to supporting adolescents, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are vital.
