Job Title: Early Years Teaching Assistant (Primary)

Are you passionate about supporting young children with autism and helping them thrive in their early development?
Axcis Education is seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to work with pupils with autism in a warm and inclusive primary school in Central Bristol. This full-time role (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm) begins January 2026, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

What We’re Looking For
• Experience supporting young children with autism, ideally within an Early Years setting
• Patience, creativity and a genuine passion for working with children with SEND
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with teachers, parents and external professionals
• An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
