Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our vibrant team in Wandsworth, London. The ideal candidate will hold a CACHE Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and possess a strong understanding of child development principles.
Key responsibilities include:
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for children aged 0-5 years.
• Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, physical, and social development.
• Observing and assessing children's progress, maintaining accurate records, and providing feedback to parents and colleagues.
• Supporting children’s personal, social, and emotional development, encouraging independence and confidence.
• Collaborating effectively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for all children.
Qualifications and Skills:
• CACHE Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development.
