Job Title: Early Years Educator
Position: Early Years Educator Location: Wandsworth, London Job Type: Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 3:30pm) We are seeking a passionate and qualified Early Years Educator to join our vibrant team in the heart of Wandsworth, London. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for nurturing and supporting the development of young children. Responsibilities: - Deliver high-quality early childhood education and care. - Plan and execute developmentally appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework. - Monitor and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records. - Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that encourages learning through play. - Engage in positive interactions with children to support their emotional and social development. - Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to ensure a cohesive approach to each child's learning journey. - Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing professional development. Requirements: - Relevant Early Years qualification (NVQ, CACHE, B.Ed, or equivalent). - Extensive knowledge of the EYFS and child development principles. - Proven experience in an early years setting. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - A commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
