In this role, you will be: • Supervising classes across KS3 and KS4 when teachers are absent, ensuring lessons run smoothly. • Maintaining a positive learning environment and implementing effective behaviour strategies. • Supporting within the school’s SEN provision when required, promoting inclusion for all learners. • Building strong relationships with students across a range of subjects. • Collaborating with teaching staff and pastoral leads to maintain high standards of learning and conduct.
