Job Title: Behavior assistant
Axcis Education is seeking a committed and experienced Behaviour Mentor for a long-term role at an SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school in Oldham, starting on 4th November. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in managing challenging and sometimes physical behaviour to make a real difference in a supportive and specialised setting. Role Requirements: Experience of working with challenging behaviour, ideally within an SEMH setting. Experience in a classroom-based or residential setting is preferred. Team Teach training is highly desirable. Must have a valid DBS on the update service. Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:15 am to 3:45 pm.
