You'll work closely with students with a range of additional learning needs, helping them build confidence, develop independence and achieve their full potential both in and out of the classroom. What You'll Be Doing Supporting students in lessons, small group sessions and within the school's specialist provision. Helping pupils stay engaged, confident and motivated in their learning. Promoting a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment. Celebrating students' progress and helping them overcome barriers to learning. Adaptable and willing to learn new skills. Interested in SEND, education, psychology, speech and language, occupational therapy or teaching.
