The Role Support pupils with ASD within the classroom and during interventions. Deliver structured learning activities following EHCP targets. Promote communication, emotional regulation, and independence. Implement visual timetables, sensory strategies, and positive behaviour support. Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff. The Ideal Candidate Previous experience supporting children with ASD in a primary setting. Understanding of autism-friendly teaching strategies. Calm, patient, and nurturing approach. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
