This is a full-time, term-time role ideal for someone passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs. About the Role: • Providing tailored 1:1 support to a primary-aged child with ASD • Assisting with classroom tasks, communication, and emotional regulation • Implementing strategies and routines in line with the child’s EHCP • Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider support team Requirements: • SEND experience, ideally with children on the Autism Spectrum • A valid enhanced DBS (Child & Adult Workforce) registered on the update service – this is essential • Empathy, patience, and a proactive approach to behaviour support • Strong communication and team-working skills About the School: You’ll be joining a warm and welcoming primary school with a strong commitment to inclusive education.
