Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to the specific needs of each student. • Create a positive, engaging classroom environment that fosters academic and social growth. • Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and support staff to enhance student progress and well-being. • Utilize a range of teaching strategies and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles. • Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and support. • Stay updated with best practices in ASD education and participate in ongoing professional development.
