Key Responsibilities: • Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEND in both academic and personal development. • Assist in the creation and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the school's SEND team. • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students, promoting their social and emotional well-being. • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students with SEND. • Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on best practices in SEND education. Qualifications: • Previous experience working with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities is essential. • Youth work experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • A genuine commitment to making a difference in the lives of young people.
