About the Role: As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will: • Support class teachers with daily classroom activities and help create a positive learning environment. • Work with individuals and small groups to support learning, confidence and engagement. • Assist with preparing resources and supporting pupils’ well-being throughout the school day. • Gain valuable, hands-on experience and develop your skills with the guidance of experienced staff.
