Are you looking to start your career in education and make a positive impact on young learners? We are seeking an enthusiastic Trainee Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming school community in Bolton as soon as possible.
About the Role:
As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will:
• Support class teachers with daily classroom activities and help create a positive learning environment.
• Work with individuals and small groups to support learning, confidence and engagement.
• Assist with preparing resources and supporting pupils’ well-being throughout the school day.
• Gain valuable, hands-on experience and develop your skills with the guidance of experienced staff.
What We’re Looking For:
• Some experience working with children or young people (in schools, nurseries, youth groups, sports coaching, or similar settings).
• The ability to communicate and demonstrate transferrable skills, such as teamwork, patience, and adaptability.
• A positive, proactive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for supporting children’s learning and development.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils.
