In this role, you will be: • Supporting KS3 and KS4 pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs, both 1:1 and in small groups. • Using Team Teacch strategies to de-escalate and manage challenging behaviour safely and professionally. • Assisting teachers with differentiated work and supporting engagement in core subjects. • Promoting emotional regulation, self-esteem and positive social interaction.
