You will work with students who may need extra help with learning, confidence, behaviour, or additional needs. About the Role: You will provide both 1:1 support and small group interventions, helping students to engage positively in lessons and make progress academically and personally. Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff, you will help remove barriers to learning and encourage confidence, independence, and resilience.
