If you love helping children learn, grow, and shine, and you don’t mind the occasional burst of glitter or a corridor filled with creative chaos, you might be exactly who we’re looking for! As a TA3, you’ll take on a more independent and proactive support role, working closely with class teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences and sometimes leading small groups or interventions. Key Responsibilities • Provide high-quality classroom support across a range of subjects • Lead small-group learning sessions and targeted interventions • Support pupils with varying needs, ensuring every child feels valued and included • Assist in planning and preparing learning activities • Foster a positive, nurturing, and stimulating environment • Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families • Contribute to the wider school community (and occasionally help wrangle props for school assemblies!)
