Teaching Assistant (M19)
Daily Rate: £89 – £120 per day

About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support learning across our primary school. You will work closely with teachers to provide support for individuals, small groups, and whole-class activities. This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys helping children develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities
• Support teachers in the delivery of lessons
• Assist with 1:1 and small-group interventions
• Help pupils with SEND or additional learning needs
• Maintain a safe and positive classroom environment
• Prepare and organise resources for lessons
• Support school routines, including playtime, assemblies, and transitions
Requirements
• Experience working with children in a school environment
• Patience, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills
• Understanding of the curriculum and classroom routines
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
