SEN Teaching Assistant – ASD & Challenging Behaviour Location: Feltham, London (Near Feltham Station) Hours: Monday–Friday | 8:30am–3:30pm Contract: Full-Time | Long-Term Start Date: January 2026 Salary: Competitive (Dependent on Experience) Axcis Education is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive SEND primary school located near Feltham Station. This full-time, long-term position involves supporting a primary-aged pupil with Autism (ASD) who is non-verbal and presents with challenging behaviour. You will work as part of a 3:1 support team, requiring strong teamwork, clear communication, and a calm, consistent approach. This role is well-suited to someone who is patient, resilient, and confident using behaviour-support strategies. It is a highly rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a child’s daily learning experience.
