Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Full-Time (Term-Time)
Location: Near Ealing Common Station, West London
Start Date: ASAP (September start available)
Contract: Fixed-term for full Academic year: Sept 2025

Role Overview
As an LSA, you’ll:
-Provide 1:1 and small-group support to SEND students (ASD, SEMH) in mainstream classes
-Run booster sessions in Maths or Science, reinforcing core curriculum content
-Collaborate with teachers and SENDCo to design accessible lesson materials
-Help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Education, Health & Care Plans (EHCPs)
-Promote independence and self-regulation strategies in line with secondary expectations
Essential Requirements
-Graduate degree in Mathematics, Science, or related STEM field
-Understanding of key secondary national curriculum content
-Experience or interest in supporting students with ASD and SEMH
-Strong communication, patience, and empathy
-Hold and enhanced DBS on the update service
Desirable
-Ambition to pursue Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
-Familiarity with secondary classroom settings and booster lesson delivery
