A vibrant and inclusive mainstream primary school in Camden is seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join their team in September.
About the Role:
Full-time position starting in September 2025
Working 1:1 with a primary-aged student diagnosed with ASD, ADHD, and exhibiting challenging behaviour
Supporting the pupil’s learning, engagement, and emotional regulation throughout the school day
Collaborating closely with class teachers, SENCO, and external specialists
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience working in a UK primary school setting
Strong background in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Experience managing challenging behaviour in an educational context
Calm, patient, and resilient with excellent communication skills
Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
