We are looking for someone who embraces child-centred learning and can confidently and flexibly support pupils across the school. Key Attributes: Enthusiasm for child-centred learning and a commitment to creating an inclusive environment. Confidence and flexibility in supporting children with diverse needs, including SEND. Strong literacy and numeracy skills, alongside excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs and disabilities. Ideal Candidate Will: Demonstrate a history of effective classroom practice and reliable attendance. Bring energy, creativity, and a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude. Set and uphold high standards in teaching support, school environment enhancement, and overall school improvement.
