The school is currently seeking committed, compassionate, and experienced SEN Support Staff to join their inclusive team. The provision consists of two small classes: -Class 1: 6–8 pupils with severe and complex needs, requiring 1:1 support -Class 2: 6–8 pupils with moderate to high needs, supported on a 2:1 ratio -This is a full-time, long-term position with the opportunity for continuity into the 2025 academic year. Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for individuals who: -Hold a valid Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service -Have experience supporting children with complex physical, medical, or behavioural needs -Are patient, empathetic, and able to adapt support strategies as needed -Possess strong team working and communication skills Why Join This School?
