Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
About the Role
Axcis Education is working in partnership with a well-regarded mainstream primary school in Hayes, which hosts a dedicated special provision for children with complex needs. The school is currently seeking committed, compassionate, and experienced SEN Support Staff to join their inclusive team.
The provision consists of two small classes:
-Class 1: 6–8 pupils with severe and complex needs, requiring 1:1 support
-Class 2: 6–8 pupils with moderate to high needs, supported on a 2:1 ratio
-This is a full-time, long-term position with the opportunity for continuity into the 2025 academic year.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who:
-Hold a valid Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
-Have experience supporting children with complex physical, medical, or behavioural needs
-Are patient, empathetic, and able to adapt support strategies as needed
-Possess strong team working and communication skills
