The school offers a safe, nurturing environment for all pupils, including those with complex special educational needs. We are currently seeking a kind, experienced, and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a Specialist Communication Class, supporting a small group of pupils with Autism, ADHD, and other complex learning profiles. You will work closely with a class teacher and two other TAs to provide calm, structured, and communication-rich support that helps pupils regulate, engage, and progress.
