Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Axcis Education require a teaching assistant for a full-time role in Wembley, Brent.
Your New Role:
This primary school has modern facilities and an excellent location, close to local transport links.
The successful candidates for this role will be adaptable, because you will work with students one to one, and at times you will also be required to support groups of pupils. You will act as a positive behavioural mentor for students who are disruptive or at risk of being excluded. Therefore, the successful candidate for this role will have strong communication and interpersonal skills. The students you support may present challenging behaviour, so strong de- escalation skills will also be required.
