We are seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a college student with autism. This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, patient, and motivated to help students achieve their potential. Responsibilities: - Offer 1:1 support to students across the SEND department. - Assist with academic tasks and promote social inclusion. - Collaborate with teachers to adapt support strategies. - Create and maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment.
