We are recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the L25 area. This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting children or young people with additional needs who is passionate about helping pupils achieve their full potential.
Working alongside the class teacher and SEN team, you will provide tailored support to pupils both in the classroom and through small group or one-to-one interventions. You will support the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons, adapt learning activities to meet individual needs, encourage pupil engagement, promote positive behaviour, and help create a safe, nurturing learning environment.
