Responsibilities:
- Positive Energy: Foster a warm, patient, and encouraging atmosphere for students.
- SEND Expertise: Apply your SEND knowledge to meet the varied needs of students and enhance their learning experience.
- Classroom Integration: Use your experience in mainstream primary settings to support SEND students within the classroom seamlessly.
- Engagement: Support students in one-on-one and group settings, adapting your approach to each child’s needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teachers and fellow TAs to ensure a successful learning environment.

Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and/or significant experience with SEND in a primary school.
